Traditional Holiday Cookie Exchanges Can Create a Struggle for Many Fitness Enthusiasts

The plate of cookies feature some of the treats that you like to make at Christmas. Sure, you like cookies, but you also really like sharing them!

And while it is true that you also really like eating them, sharing them has been a long standing tradition in your home. But mostly, you like the coziness that cookies, or any other treat, brings with it. The one thing that you have always notices, however, is that hardly anyone can eat a cookie with a frown!
